Rebirth is a program of deep work, of purpose and of inner healing. This holistic experience will enable you to overcome fears and insecurities, to trust in yourself and to foster long-term change, through a new inner confidence and positive mindset.

What You Can expect

Each session will be different because no two people are the same. You are unique and our sessions will reflect that! I will work with you and will be by your side to guide you through your journey to help you improve your brain, your inner wellbeing and achieve your definition of personal success.

The approach I use during the sessions draws from various tools such as CBT, EMDR, and NLP to help you dive deeper into your mind and release yourself from what’s holding you back.

Sessions are held online and typically last around 50 minutes.
