What is coaching? And why Science?

The primary objective of coaching is to facilitate change in individuals. It involves identifying what is no longer effective, gaining a clear vision of one's desired destination, and devising a path to achieve the intended outcome.

Given that each person's experiences shape their unique reality, understanding the brain's role becomes crucial. The brain processes our experiences by facilitating communication among neurons through a language of neurochemical signals. Delving into the intricacies of the brain and the mind not only provides a comprehensive comprehension of one's current state and actions but also instils greater confidence in one's ability to drive change.

Recognising the significance of psychological and neurological insights is paramount.
